~Flavorful Herb Bread~

~1 Cup warm milk (70 to 80 degrees)
~1 Egg
~2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
~1/4 Cup dried minced onion
~2 Tablespoons sugar
~1 - 1/2 Teaspoons salt
~2 Tablespoons dried parsley flakes
~1 Teaspoon dried oregano
~3 - 1/2 Cups bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
~2 Teaspoons active dry yeast
~~In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 Tablespoons (or more if needed) of water or flour if needed). Yield: 1 loaf (2 pounds). Editor's Note: Use of the timer feature is not recommended for this recipe.

Hi Ana-
This is the bread you brought on Sun? It was very good. I think I will try to make it in my breadmaker-maybe for Thanksgiving!

Yes, this is the bread I made for Sunday. I'm glad you liked it! It's very easy to make, since all you have to do is put the things in the bread-machine. :) Hope it turns out for you. Let me know how it works for you.

This bread is so good! I will definately put it in my cooking notebook in case I'm ever using a breadmaker. :) Keep making it and I'll keep coming over and eating it! (hehe)
