New Book

I just finished (literally just, I just closed it and put it down) finished Mansfield Park. I loved it!! Just as much as Persuasion. Not more and not less, just differently, but I loved it! My heart was stolen by little Fanny Price the first moment she was mentioned in the book. I grew and learned with her, I loved with her (I myself was quite attached to Edmund :) ), I cried with her, my heart broke with her, my joy overflowed with her and my heart was happy with her! I really recommend this book to all who are in need of a good book to read.

I watched the Masterpiece Theatre version of Mansfield Park and although I utterly enjoyed the movie, and believe I still will when I watch it again, the book was so much different the their movie!

My next endeavor shall be Pride and Prejudice. I have watched different movie versions of it, so I know what will happen, but I can't wait to see how Miss Jane really wanted it to be!

New Book

I haven't finished any books, I just started a new one, because all the other books I'm reading are really long, take forever to read books. So I thought I'd read Lori Wick's Beyond the Picket Fence, which is eight of her short stories put in between two covers. I do not, however, recommend many of Lori Wick's books. She tends to make her romance books a little bit too romantic. I like the way Jane Austen writes her romance books, not mushy and PG-13 rated. But I've read Beyond the Picket Fence two or three times and I've loved it ever time!

New Book

I just finished Jane Austen's Persuasion! Oh, my! It was so good! I loved it! I was on the edge of my seat many a time. It was so wonderful! I highly recommend it! Now I get to start on another by her, my third thus far. I'm now starting Mansfield Park. I haven't heard anything of it yet, good or bad, so I shall see how this one goes. :) If anyone has an opinion on the book I would thank you for your comment. :)

*~Jane switch~*

Quite a while ago I mentioned that I had started to read Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen. Well ... I finally finished it. After month and months of trying to finish it. :) It took me a while to read it, but it was so good! :) I loved it and am very happy to own my own copy. :) Hurrah for book stores! :) But as I have finished that one I'm starting Persuasion which is also by Jane Austen. I'm hoping it will be as good as her other one. :) I'm not that far into it, but I'm liking it already.
