I haven't finished any books, I just started a new one, because all the other books I'm reading are really long, take forever to read books. So I thought I'd read Lori Wick's Beyond the Picket Fence, which is eight of her short stories put in between two covers. I do not, however, recommend many of Lori Wick's books. She tends to make her romance books a little bit too romantic. I like the way Jane Austen writes her romance books, not mushy and PG-13 rated. But I've read Beyond the Picket Fence two or three times and I've loved it ever time!

I got some dark and white chocolate and some sprinkles.I will make it tomorrow. When you mentioned using mint did you mean in liquid form?
I don't have a fireplace either though I would like to have one in the future.Have you heard of the burning log DVD? It shows a log in a fireplace and plays music in the background. It started a while back and is pretty popular these days.
The Love Comes Softly series of movies are another good family oriented romance.I haven't read the books but I've heard they are different than the movies.

Hurrah, thank you for letting me know about your spoons. :) You'll have to let me know how you like them.
I actually have heard of the burning log DVD. :) It's kind of interesting to me.
And actually, I love the Love Comes Softly movies. My little brother, little sister and I just watched the four that I have, (it was my little brother's idea too. :) ). I'm hoping to get the fifth one, but it isn't available in Wal-mart yet. :)I have also read all the Love Comes Softly books. I have the whole set, and yes, they are MUCH different than the movies or rather the movies are much different than the books. But if you watch the movies just as movies and not as you think of what happens in the books then they are good. :) The books are WONDERFUL! You should read them!
Robert~
P.S. Yes, I would use the mint in a liquid form. Just start with a couple drops in the chocolate, depending on how much chocolate you use, then taste it and add a couple drops at a time until you reach the taste you want.
I've had a couple of teas with the the spoons.I enjoy the taste-just enough of a chocolate taste. And you also have the smell of chocolate.I will look for the mint when I use the white chocolate.
Has anyone else in your family tried the spoons?
I first saw Love Comes Softly at Wal-mart last year.It looked interesting so I bought it.I enjoyed it so I bought the next two. They were on sale for 9.95.I bought the 4th one two months ago when it went on sale.I plan on buying the 5th one when it goes on sale.I've read other bloggers who love the books.I will consider reading them.
Have you seen The Walton's tv series? I found it 3 years ago and through it I found the YLCF and blogs.Wal-mart has the first 5 seasons on sale. It's a good family oriented show. Also avaiable on DVD is The Homecoming-A Christmas Story a tv movie that led to The Waltons series.
Yay! I'm so glad you tried the spoons and then "reported" back to me. :) How nice. I know what you mean about having just enough chocolate taste, I thought they were yummy, and I also, as you said, like the smell of the chocolate too. :) It's just good all the way around.
Umm, my sister-in-law, Katya, tried the spoons with me in coffee and she thought they were good too. My mother, little sister, and little brother didn't try them in the tea, they just ate them (or rather, licked the chocolate off of them). :) They liked them, but I think that kind of defeats the purpose. *Shrugs* I guess you can do with your chocolate spoons as you wish. :)
I have not see the Walton's TV series. The name sounds familiar but I don't think I have see them. I will have to try to remember to look for them at Walmart so I can check them out. Thank you.
