Yup, in the rain

Yesterday when it was raining I went out to uncover my mini roses (yup, in the rain) so that they would get better rained on. I really enjoy being out in the rain but I didn't want to be completely wet on my head so I put my hat on. I really like my hat even though I haven't used it much. So I thought I'd show you my hat. It's so cute. But while I was outside, I didn't realize how wet I actually got. My back was completely wet.

<---See how dark gray my sweater is? In the pictures below of me in my hat you can see how wet the ends of my hair got.

This is the color my sweater is suppose to be, a light gray color, you can see the dark colors on the sleeves and shoulders. :) Yup, I was pretty wet. --->

It rained pretty hard a times, so hard that the rain was actually rolling off the brim of my hat in little streams. But it was fun, and my hat looks cute wet. :)

Oh I like your hat! I like the nice shape of it, and you look so pretty and classy even though you got rained on! :)

I like the picture of the metal thing, I'm not sure what it is, a plant hanger thingy? And you can see a sewing machine through the window! :p

You're so very sweet! I like my hat too, it pulls down just enough so that is stays on, even in the wind. :)

The little "metal thing" is a shepherds hook, and it holds the bird feeders. Yeah, the sewing machine ... that's actually my neighbor's. Oops. :)

"Shepherd's hook" of course, I couldn't think what those were called! :D

It's raining here too. That sweater looks very comfy!! Except that it's 80 degrees today ;)

You look almost exactly like I imagined you! :D
*feels special*

On a totally random note, my word verification today is "kpuhk." LOL!! What an awesome sound-effect!! Yes, I'm a little bored...

No worries, one time I couldn't think of what an ostrich was called and I was trying to describe it to someone and they thought I was totally weird. *Shrugs* What, do people think that you always remember everything. :)

The sweater was actually my dad's, but he said it was to small, so I rescued it. :)

I look almost exactly like you imagined ... I'm not sure if that's good or bad. :)

And I burst out laughing when I read about your verification word. :) Boredom is very comical at times. :)

I rescued a really nice soft, comfy shirt from my dad too! It was too small, but it was so nice I use it like a sweatshirt or something...it's a little large on me! :D

Thank you for adding me to you blog list! :)

"kpuhk" that's funny! Like the sound of an air-hockey puck being hit!

Rescuing shirts is a good thing. :) I've done it many times.

Mamselle Duroc~
Smashing? I don't think I've ever been called smashing before. :) How kind of you. Thank you! :)

Abigail~
Well, as long as it's a good thing. :)
