A few weeks ago I went and picked myself up a journal. This journal was to be my Miss Jane Journal. I knew exactly what I was looking for. And I found it! My Miss Jane Journal will hold everything Miss Jane-ish. My favorite characters, my favorite quotes, my favorite scenes, etc.. I think I have resolved (we will see :)) to each week share one of my favorite quotes/scenes from my Miss Jane Journal. They are just the ones I can remember and not necessarily the best of the book, since I just started my journal and I'm trying to think through the books of Miss Jane's that I've read and trying to remember my favorite parts. If you have favorite parts of her books let me know! I'd love to know!

I LOVE the idea of your journal! I felt instinctively that I MUST tell you what parts I thoroughly enjoy. Having just finished Persuasion I mus say that I love the letter Captain Wentworth wrote. And also the conversation between Anne and Captain Harville where she explains that women have a harding time with dealing with lost love, etc.
Also, I like the part in Pride & Prejudice when Elizabeth receives her letter from Mr. Darcy, and "with no expectation of pleasure, but with the strongest curiosity, Elizabeth opened the letter...". Jane's letters are so informative! I really enjoy them. And I believe that Sense & Sensibility has some great letters as well. :)

Thank you for your comment! I love Captain Wentworth's letter to Anne, too!! Actually, that's the one I'm writing out in my journal right now! I remember us talking about the letters in Jane's books that one Sunday and I still have to agree with what we said ... the letters in her books are so amazing, almost more so then the book itself! What a fun idea!!! I just have to say I LOVE your hand writing. It wish when I scrapbooked my journaling would look that nice!

Thank you for your comment! How kind of your to come and leave me one. I love scrapbooks. I don't do them as they are suppose to be done, (buying all the different stickers, pages, etc., etc.), but I love to look at them when someone else does them!
